Send copyright notices to legal@trustwizz.com. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Third-Party Links and Services

TrustWizz may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites
  • The privacy policies or terms of service of external sites
  • Any damage or loss caused by your interaction with third-party services

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit through links on TrustWizz.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first at legal@trustwizz.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and TrustWizz agree to the following:

  • Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding
  • Small Claims: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration
  • Injunctive Relief: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are accessing TrustWizz from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Force Majeure

TrustWizz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such event and resume performance as soon as practicable.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustWizz regarding your use of the service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. TrustWizz's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our platform or by email. Your continued use of TrustWizz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
