Every reviewer must create a verified account with email confirmation. We use multiple signals including account age, review patterns, and behavioral analysis to ensure authenticity. Our AI systems continuously monitor for suspicious activity.

We use a combination of machine learning models, neural networks, and generative AI to analyze reviews against millions of data points. Our systems check for patterns associated with fake reviews, including linguistic analysis, timing patterns, and network connections.

Detected fake reviews are automatically removed before publication. If a review slips through and is later identified as fake, it's removed and the account is flagged. Repeat offenders face permanent bans.

No. Businesses cannot remove reviews simply because they're negative. Reviews can only be removed if they violate our guidelines (e.g., contain false information, harassment, or are not based on genuine experiences). Businesses can respond to reviews and report genuine violations.

Every review has a "Flag" option. Click it, select the reason, and our team will investigate within 24 hours. You can also contact our Trust team directly through the Help Center for urgent matters.

Yes. TrustWizz is completely independent. We don't let businesses pay to remove reviews or artificially boost their ratings. Our guidelines apply equally to all businesses, whether they're paying customers or not.
