What happens when a fake review is detected?

Reviews identified as fake by our moderation team are removed before publication. If a review slips through and is later reported or identified as fake, it's removed and the account is flagged. Repeat offenders face permanent bans.

Can businesses remove negative reviews?

No. Businesses cannot remove reviews simply because they're negative. Reviews can only be removed if they violate our guidelines (e.g., contain false information, harassment, or are not based on genuine experiences). Businesses can respond to reviews and report genuine violations.

How do I report a suspicious review?

Every review has a "Flag" option. Click it, select the reason, and our team will investigate within 24 hours. You can also contact our Trust team directly through the Help Center for urgent matters.

Is TrustWizz independent from the businesses listed?

Yes. TrustWizz is completely independent. We don't let businesses pay to remove reviews or artificially boost their ratings. Our guidelines apply equally to all businesses, whether they're paying customers or not.
