Five principles that guide us
Every feature we build and every decision we make goes through these filters.
Neutral
We serve both consumers and businesses, but we don't take sides. Reviews and guidelines are independent of commercial relationships.
Open
Consumers share genuine experiences freely. Businesses can invite reviews and respond. Both sides have a voice.
Fair
Our guidelines apply equally to everyone, paying or not. No one can buy favorable treatment.
Transparent
We explain what we do and why. This page exists because we believe trust is earned through openness.
Relevant
We evolve as the world does, improving our tools, guidelines, and processes to stay useful and accurate.
How a review gets published
Every review on TrustWizz goes through the same process, no exceptions.
Verified account
Every reviewer creates an account with a confirmed email address and agrees to our community guidelines.
Review submitted
The reviewer writes about a genuine experience, either organically or through a business invitation.
Moderation review
Our team checks each submission for guideline compliance, authenticity, and quality before it goes live.
Published
Approved reviews appear on the business profile. Both businesses and consumers can flag content for re-review.
Ongoing monitoring
We investigate flagged reviews and take enforcement action when guidelines are breached.
What happens when rules are broken
We use a graduated response, always starting with education and escalating only when necessary.
Warning
We educate the business or user about which guideline was breached and how to stay compliant.
Formal notice
Repeated or serious violations result in a written notice and temporary content restrictions.
Public flag
A visible warning appears on the business profile so consumers can make informed decisions.
Removal
Businesses or users that persistently violate guidelines or offer illegal services are removed from the platform.
